Join us for a chef-curated tasting menu that showcases the vibrant and authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine, paired with heartfelt stories from Ayuda’s immigrant clients. Together, we’ll celebrate the incredible diversity of the DMV and the power of food to connect us all.
This special event helps raise critical funds to support Ayuda’s work with over 3,000 immigrant clients annually. Together, we can ensure immigrant families have access to life-changing legal, social, and language services.

We’re heading to Baltimore to hang out with our friends at Clavel! We’re making our own achiote recado rojo, on Clavel’s stone molino, ceremonially wrapping the hog in toasted banana leaves, and letting it braise low and slow in Mexican sour orange, achiote and habanero until it falls apart.
Plus, expect some Norteño surprises—ember-roasted and smoked treats, Chihuahense sotol libations and Sinaloense marisco snacks to tie it all together.
This event is no reservations, first come first serve until we run out! So be there and early!
